Are your products vegan or cruelty free?

Yes - we take pride in offering a range of skincare products that are both vegan and cruelty-free. Our commitment to these values means that our products are made without any animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals. We believe in providing ethical and compassionate choices for our customers, allowing you to enjoy high-quality skincare while aligning with your values.

Are your products made from naturally derived materails?

While prioritising products that are predominantly made from natural sources, our foremost priority is their effectiveness. We strive to find the optimal balance between using naturally derived ingredients, efficacy and maintaining sustainable practices.

Our goal is to create products that are composed of at least 95% naturally derived ingredients. As of now, 75% of our product line aligns with this standard. However, we acknowledge that there's more progress to be made. For detailed information on the natural composition of each product, please refer to the individual product pages.

What is the products shelf life and storage requirements?

Ensuring the freshness and efficacy of our products is of utmost importance to us. The shelf life of our skincare products ranges between six to 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend storing the products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and at a temperature below 30 degrees Celsius. This optimal storage condition helps to maintain the product's quality and ensures that you can enjoy its full benefits throughout its shelf life. Always refer to the packaging or product label for the specific expiration date to guarantee the product's freshness.

What fragrances are used in our proucts?

We do not use any synthetic fragrances in any of our products. Some products do include essential oils which do provide our products with a natural aroma.

What are the shipping fees for shipping within Australia?

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Do you ship internationally?

Can I choose a delivery window?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer specific time slots for our deliveries at this time. However, once your order has been shipped, you may reach out to our courier partners to see if they can arrange a delivery during your preferred time slot.

Can I collect my item from a physical store location?

Unfortunately, we currently don't have any physical store locations and cannot offer this option.

I won't be home when the delivery arrives?

The courier will leave the parcel if there is an area deemed a safe place to leave it. The driver will not leave the parcel if they deem the area unsafe. If no one is available to receive your parcel, you will receive a notification card to collect your parcel from the nearest post office, news agency or collection point.

A safe place is considered, not on a busy street, not in an open area and underneath shelter in case of rain.
