Orders are processed Monday through Friday and will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours after placing your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and we aim to dispatch from our warehouse within 24-48 hours after placing your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is printed, you will receive your tracking information.During sales & promotion periods, please allow an extra 24 hours for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse due to the influx of orders. We will always do our best to get your parcels out the door as soon as possible! 

International Taxes & Customs Charges:

Customers outside of Australia may need to pay taxes, duties, and customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping cost. The amount of taxes and customs charges varies depending on the shipping address. It is suggested that customers contact their local customs office to determine the specific charges. Bescher is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that may be requested during the shipment of the order. If the customer refuses the delivery, they will be responsible for the original delivery charges, taxes, duties, and the cost of returning the package. DHL Express may contact the customer prior to releasing the order to inform them of any applicable fees. These charges are set by the customer's country and are not associated with DHL Express. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose a delivery window?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer specific time slots for our deliveries at this time. However, once your order has been shipped, you may reach out to our courier partners to see if they can arrange a delivery during your preferred time slot.

Can I collect my item from a physical store location?

Unfortunately, we currently don't have any physical store locations and cannot offer this option.

I won't be home when the delivery arrives?

The courier will leave the parcel if there is an area deemed a safe place to leave it. The driver will not leave the parcel if they deem the area unsafe. If no one is available to receive your parcel, you will receive a notification card to collect your parcel from the nearest post office, news agency or collection point.

A safe place is considered, not on a busy street, not in an open area and underneath shelter in case of rain.

How can i track my order?

You can check the status of your orders by accessing your account.

  • Delivery Times

    Delivery times are based on orders placed before 1pm AEST. Shipping is avaiallbe on weekdays only, excluding public holidays.

  • Shipping Fees

    Fees apply based on your order amount. A fee applies if your purchase order falls below $50 after discounts are applied.

  • Shipping Delays

    Delays may occur during sales events, public holidays or extreme weather events.
